Foundations Business Development Group

For businesses that seem stable, the BHC package is designed to help the business owner take a snapshot in time of his/her business. With a reasonable review of all the major areas of the business, those of potential promise or concern should surface. There are three main deliverables from Foundations:

Written questions, organized by function in the form of templates, are provided to the owner for discussion and response by the management team. Support is provided by Foundations to ensure that the team understands the questions and the level of responses desired.
Written Follow up questions to the responses received from the management team. Such questions can be for clarification, elaboration or the introduction of new concepts.
A Final Report, based on the second set of responses by the management team, including recommendations for the company.
