We review and critique draft proposals based on the screening criteria utilized by the agency to which the proposal is targeted. The proposal will be read twice and the critique will include both the identification of deficiencies in the proposal and steps that can be taken to correct them. The service also includes a 1hour telephone debriefing with the entrepreneur following their review of the critique, in order to expand on some of the comments and make sure that the entrepreneur is clear about them and how to proceed. Completed drafts must be received between 7 and 14 days of submission deadlines, depending on demand.

Supplemental Proposal Critiques

Given their complexity, SBIR/STTR proposals may require at least two iterations before they are ready for submission. Because of our familiarity with your initial proposal, revised proposals submitted for a second review within 45 days of the telephone debrief will be reviewed at a discount. This service will include a second written critique and telephone debrief.
